Welcome to Luxury Rentals of Key West, a family run hospitality group dedicated to offering the finest vacation experiences in the heart of Key West. Founded by Rich Pesce, whose deep rooted love for the island began with childhood visits to Key West.

Our company is built on a passion for combining modern luxury with Key West’s rich history and charm. Currently our day to day business is run by Rich’s son Justice and after his daughter Leah graduates from the University of Tampa in 2028 she will join as well! 

Rich’s journey started in 2002 with the purchase of condo at 1800 Atlantic. After recognizing the unique potential of this tropical paradise, he sold the condo and in 2012, then acquired his first major property know as Traditional Key West Estate at 824 Fleming Street. With his background and love in construction and design, Rich has since expanded the portfolio into what is now Luxury Rentals of Key West.
